I bought this super cheap about a month ago.

The blue was almost white and the polyps were pretty pale aswell. Does anyone have any experience bringing these back to health? Is there anything more I can do besides the basic monti care?

keep it in low light and and med flow till you see it color back up and start growing, then you can slowly start acclimating it to brighter light.

I've had monti's at this state before...the best advice is to move it in a location and just leave it there and wait. I would suggest starting this one out in med light to get the color back..its a slow process bringing corals back, it just requires patience and they seem to usually come back to normal color. Monti's are very forgiving in my experience.
