Red Algae ID Please

I have been away from the hobby for several years. I just set up a 180 gallon and ordered some live rock from Tampa Bay Saltwater. The rock arrived this past Sunday and today I noticed some red algae appeared (I think). What is it? Good or Bad?

They're tunicates or sponges. I have them on some of my rock. Really neat little things!!

I have them in red, orange and black/grey. Tunicates to my knowledge.
