i found a little bit three weeks ago now it seems to be spreading fast

I've seen that stuff around here before, but I cant recall an id yet.

I've looked around a bit, and it seems the orange spots are likely to be reproductive structures. The growth form is throwing me off a bit. One part appears to be a bubble, and the other looks like its just smeared on. So whats the growth look like? Is it bubbles, or smeared like maybe cyano?

the best way to discribe it on a 3d platform is its like flat like a little piece of paper and there is no slime ,, it seems to be more like a seaweed with on bubbles the only reason i am concerned is because i only spotted one little piece three weeks ago and now its jumped from rock to rock and there have been no new additions for over a year """" all the tanks reading are good apart from calcium which is 360"""
