red banded and rainford jumpers?

will red banded and/or rainford gobies be prone to jumping? i'm getting a red banded/pistol shrimp for my frag tank... and i'm thinking about a rainford for my main display, i've heard from many they help keep the sand clean.

any experiences with either of these guys jumping?

I have a rainford and he does not jump. He spends most of his time in the lower half of the tank picking in the sand.
