I would put 4 of the large pills in there. You cant buy it in bulk, only from a vet. Crush them up and mix them with water and pour it in.

Couple of things, if doing a whole tank treatment it's system volume you dose for, plus a huge water change is required. Suggested is 25% though I got away with 10% but used bags of carbon.
