One pill of 23 mg treats 350 gallons, you can use up to one and a half times as much for a more effective kill.
Remember Crabs, Shrimps and many of your pods will be killed also.

how long of a gap before each treatment?

and...

how many treatments do i need to do?

do i stop skimming? do i remove my carbon? should i stay in a 5 star hotel for the duration with room service sustaining on nothing but caviar and champagne?

Remove carbon, phosphate removing media and any other chemical media like Purigen or so, also turn off Ozonation and UV if you have them. Keep all reactors running and all water in the system in circulation so you reach all places in the system. Keep the skimmer running but plug the air so you have water circulation inside but no skimming.
The original treatment called for six hours, now recent evaluation show that you need at least 8 hours 12 being the best.
Once the period pass you need to make as large a water change as you can minimum 20 to 25%, replace new carbon twice the usual amount, (the more the better). Open the skimmer air, turn UV and Ozone on as well as all other chemical media.

Repeat the treatment three more times after one week, after two weeks and after a month.

Yes, that is all there is. You need to crunch them as fine as you can to aid them dissolve, dissolve them in some RO/DI and add it to the tank.
To crunch it I use a thich piece of a plastic bag (Like a zipp bag or so) fold the bag around the pill and breake it apart till turns inot fine dust using small taps with a hammer on a hard surface, then pour the dust in the RO/DI cup and shake well.

I did my 90g in 3 consecutive weeks, the last week I used the whole pill just in case they're immuned. Red bugs are completely gone after that.
