Not sure where i should post this but i have a juv. red coris wrasse and was wondering if anyone has one? If they have had any luck keeping with corals? Thanks for the help!

I have one and it's a great fish. Doesn't bother anyone except to pick on the hermits from time to time. Think biggest problem to keep it with coral will come later when it gets big and flips things looking for worms etc.

I dont think they go after coral but they will eat snails and shrimp. I wouldnt keep one in a reef tank. JMO.

They won't eat coral but they will flip them over looking for critters. They can flip over some large rocks and unless the coral is secured very well, it will more than likely be flipped. I would not keep one in a reef, inverts will be eaten quickly. Mine could suck a hermit out of its shell in a matter of seconds. They also get huge.

They also require a sandbed.
