Red Dragon

I am looking for some placement advise on a Red Dragon frag? Where have you placed your frag to optimize it's growth and color potential? I have 400 watt MH 12K bulbs about 20" off the waterline.

Agree, low light and high flow. Gets deep red with blue tips!
