Red Goniopora?

Are Red Goniopora just as bad as the Green Goniopra.

By bad I mean that green goniopora should not even be sold as they always die.

Will the same apply to the Red Goniopora?

I understand that they are harder to get so I am just wondering if its worth the money.

I have never had much luck...the red ones do seem to be hardier...but my clowns love to rub against them and ultimately they die off... (I tried two, thinking one was a fluke...the second proved it wasnt a fluke). If it wasnt for the clowns, I cannot say what the survival length would be...

Red Goniopora is generally considered to be hardier than other species. Spot feed it with cyclopeeze and give it some room as it will sting other corals.
