Red/green flashing error

I have a gen2(white body) MP40 that is flashing red and green. i tried to do a some of the resets types I have found on your site but none work. It only flashes red when i hold down any of the buttons no matter how long I hold them....can I get some guidance?

Something has caused the wet side to bind up. If you're lucky you just need to take that side apart and clean it or maybe a snail is wedged in there. Worst case is something broke on the wet side and you need to replace it.

I would recommend soaking the wetside in a 50/50 hot water and vinegar solution, then giving the unit a very thorough cleaning. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact us directly.
