Red hair algae

I have a 90 gal tank with 40 breeder sump everything has been good for close to year and a half I started getting cyano on the sand bed which i still have and I am getting what I think is red hair algae all over rocks it is not cyano

Have mostly sps and 7 fish

Can you post a picture of it? Does it sway back & forth with the current, or is it somewhat firm?

It's kind of hard to tell what kind of algae that is exactly from those pictures, but does it resemble anything in this link? Maybe a sea urchin would help?
