Red LED

Woke up this morning to find the LED light on. Unplugged it and still the red light is on, any thoughts? Thanks

Well, plugged the old driver in and it works just fine. Tried the new driver again and it still shows red. It tried to work but stopped.

With any new product there are bound to be odd little issues pop up. So far the defect rate on the WWD has been very very good, however I will admit that this red LED occurrence seems to have just popped up over the last several days! We are looking into it as we speak (on a sunday) and will take care of you.

I was about to send my unit in and thought I would give it one more shot and it has worked just fine(5 days) until last night. The red LED light came back on. So I figured I'd better send it back, just to see what was going on.

Now it works for a few minutes and then shuts off. Any ideas what is going on?
