With any new product there are bound to be odd little issues pop up. So far the defect rate on the WWD has been very very good, however I will admit that this red LED occurrence seems to have just popped up over the last several days! We are looking into it as we speak (on a sunday) and will take care of you.

I was about to send my unit in and thought I would give it one more shot and it has worked just fine(5 days) until last night. The red LED light came back on. So I figured I'd better send it back, just to see what was going on.
