Red LED's & Nems

Stupid question...my buddy needs me to hold 12 rose bubble tips and the only place I can put them is in my sump. All I have for lighting down there is my fuge light which is a Nova S2 which is 90% red LED's.

What adverse effects will this cause, if any? How long can they last down there?

i would not put them down there with that lighting. they need specific lighting and alot of harm can follow this. there also runs the problem of them being in the sump they can wander and move through the sections of the sump and get sucked up into the return pump

why cant u put them in a specimen acclimation container. u can make one with a little clear critter carrier and use magnets or suction cups to hold it free floating on the side of the tank. i doubt u are using "air space" in ur tank. or else get an led bulb like the above. ive seen anenomes survive without anylight for months, they will bleach however.
