Red lines on Yellow watchman gobys face

Hi, I've had my YWG for around 5 months now, he had eye parasites a few days after I got him but my LFS treated him with copper and he has been very healthy since then until now. As you can see in the picture, above the other normal red lines where his mouth is, there are also new red blotches extending upwards to his eye. It's only on the left side, he doesn't seem any shier and he eats and is doing his normal territorial charging with his mouth open at the wrasse so he is acting normal.

My tank parameters (tested today).
Ammonia 0.0
nitrate 0.0
nitrite 0.0
PH 8.1
salinity 1.024

He is really shy with cameras so this is the best I could do.
the highlighted areas are of the new red blotches, they are bright red not light red like the pic shows.

Could just be a bruise from hitting the rocks or something. If he's acting totally normal, maybe it'll just go away on its own.
