Earlier today i purchaced a diamond goby for my 65 gallon tank. And as soon as i put him in my redlip blenny (was sold to me as a bicolor) atacked the goby. So i did a little reading and thats when i found out that it was infact a red lip and not a bi colored blenny. I also read that they have fangs that can harm other fish pretty badly. The red lip is soposivly just standing guard of his teratory. I was wonding what can i do so these 2 fish can get along in my tank. I thought of re aranging my rock so that no one has a so called teratory and these two can live peacefully. Please help me out so that i can have both of these fish in my tank. thanks

i leave the lights off for a couple days.. only turn them on to feed.. that seems to have worked for me...

If i turn off the lights for a few days what will happen to the coral that i have in my tank? Without light for some of them to feed on i would think that they would get weak. Would the coral be okay.

i do it every time i add a new fish... 2 or 3 days after darkness.. the fish could care less who is in the tank... lol
