red macro algae

is this a type of red macro algae and is it ok to have in my main tank for a few weeks till i get my Refugium up and running

That appears to be Botryocladia. It will be fine in your DT until your fuge is ready.

will it be ok to mix macro algae in the fuge i just bought some rock and it has all kinds all over it it came from a seahorse tank

Well, some species might get crowded out over time, but that might not matter to you.
