Red moon snails, any thoughts?

Got a red moon snail from the LFS, said to be wonderful for the nasty red cyan algae. Seems to already be happily munching on it in areas of the tank without the best flow.

Anything I need to know?

Judging from the kind you may have, they don't last long as they are a temperate species, meaning they thrive best at temps between 60-70F. Not suited for reef tank temps. HTH

Ahh, it figures I can't find my bluefin lionfish yet. Sounds like the coldwater snail would do well with the coldwater lion.
