red planet sick?

To all experienced reefers, can any of you tell me what happened? White fleshes are coming off the coral. If it is, how I treated it?

Looks like there are little white specs all over the dieing section of your coral. I am wondering if they are some kind of bug/pest. In two of the pics I can see an orange/redish spec that resembles redbugs but usually you would see more then just one if you are having tissue loss due to them.

I am suspected some red bugs too but I found no red/orange spots. Shouldn't they be quite visible?

If recently acquired did you dip or treat it with anything like Coral rx?
Do you have any other SPS that are having the same issues?

To the naked eye NO. But at the level of macro your pics are at you WOULD be able to see them quite clearly.

Yes, I used Coral Rx when I acquired it on 4/2. Other sps are fine no other issue like this one.
My parameter is
ph 8.2
alk 7.4
ca 450
Mg 1350
nitrate 0

I took those pictures using P&S and with macro function. Would that count?

I just did a Lugol and Coral Rx 15 min dip and rinse with clear salt water. RP looks bit up now.
Another question just popped up, do I really need to Coral revive to get rid of AEFW? or Lugol's would just work too?

It is stressful to for me to see a sick coral in my tank, and worry that it might affect other corals. >.<

+1 Looks like it needs to settle in some. Just work on keeping things as stable as possible. I could be wrong but I don't remember my red planet having red bugs or aefw on them when I have had them in the past.

Red bugs can be very hard to see. You won't see them until they move. They look like very tiny chiggers. Sometimes they just stress their host and it can be hard to tell just looking for symptoms. That is my experience any way.
