Hey,

I life in Montreal, Quebec. I have been looking for a frag of this for quite a while. Can i know where the source is? Or can I get a frag off of you only if you are fragging it.

Thanks,

James

Well if you didn't get it from ORA then it is just a similar red acro. I believe you have anthocercis

thanks !
It is not possible to get one directly from ORA here in canada but ORA corals are sometimes illegally imported so it might be from "red planet" strain... but we will never know for sure !
anyways really love how it is now !

It looks just like my Red planet if you want to know for sure if it is a red planet move it higher in the tank as the red planet gets more light the greenish coloration will fade to a washed out yellowish/pink if it fades I would say Ya its a red planet.

Also the red planet will table with multiple tips that pop out of the top and grow very tight shelves it will grow up a bit towards the light but then grow sideways as it matures.

Red Planet only comes only from ORA, which he cannot get in his/her area. So at best it is the same species of coral as ORAs Red Planet, but does not carry the lineage of that colony.
