Red Pygmy Wrasse pale

I have a 2" Red pygmy wrasse in QT for a week now. It eats Hakari froze mysis and sometimes pellets which i feed daily. It becomes less shy every day but its color does not appear the vibrant red as shown in almost all the photos. Initially it was very pale from what I assume was stress. Now the color is pink and pale yellow. Is it normal for these fish to color change based on mood or is there something health-wise i need to concern myself with?

I had one for about year. The paleness I noticed when it was scared or just waking up. The deeper color would return during the day and at feedings. I think your OK imo.
