Red Sea reefer 250

Just bought a Red Sea reefer 250 (sold my pc and had to do it) and had some questions. Is the tank suppose to be going over the front end of the stand? Seems like my stand is smaller then the tank. Has anyone seen this before?

ya, the front should be about even with the front of the door.
