Hello,

I ordered a red sea regal 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to ship but at the last minute is was determined that the fish was not healthy enough to send to me. That is fair enough however I only found this out after waiting most of Saturday morning then decieding to call you. I recieved the explaination on Monday and was advised that I will be called to set up another shipping date when another fish was available. Two weeks have passed and I have not heard from you. Can you check on this and let me know what's up. Thanks..

Tony,

We apologize for the miscommunication regarding your order. Your order was delayed due to the lack of availability of the Regal Angelfish. It was decided to extend the length of quarantine for the Regal Angels we had in stock. At this time we feel these delicate “Expert Only” Angels should remain in quarantine. We are expecting another shipment of the Regal Angels to complete their quarantine time and be offered soon.

Whenever availability changes, we keep orders open for two weeks in an attempt to complete the order. Since your order was placed on October 23rd (you selected a delivery date of October 27) our system selected November 6th, two weeks after the order was placed as a target date to close the order if the item does not become available. We can certainly keep your order for an additional week or you may wish to cancel your order and sign up for our “email me” option so you can place a new order when these become available again on our website.
