I have an Established 150 Gal Up and running with live rock from an upgrade for almost 1 year now. 24 x 48 x 30 Deep
50 Gal sump with 100 lbs live rock.
5 Lyretail Anthis
Lots of clean up crew.

I am looking at a juvinel Red Sea Sailfin at a LFS that has been eating for a couple of weeks now.

Would this tank be Good for this fish ?

It will eventually outgrow it, but that will take many years. I have the same tank and I love it. only the 48 length is not the best for some tangs. I've always had a purple tang. they are great, but can be a bit aggressive.

I had a Sailfin in a 120(48"x24"x24") for about 2 years and it went from 2" to 7" long in that same time. Fish moved to a 180(72"x24"x24") where it currently lives and it's about 8". I agree it will eventually outgrow the tank but it will take a while.
