Whats going on with the ban on the Red Sea. I cannot find any info on google about it. Anyone care to enlighten me?

Something about there not allowed to collect for the time being. That's as much as I know.

THE Red Sea. The actual sea. I know that they have stopped collecting. Thats all I have heard and was just wondering if there was any links to any further info about it.
