red slime / hair algae

ok so my tank is getting a little bit of red slime or hair algae not sure witch but it is only on the substarate and in one spot on the lr that is up high i use ro and there are no signs of any phosphates in the tank is there any thing else that may cause this

cyanobateria if you hace cc vaccum it and do water changes

thanks i do have cc and i did vacume the other day any will do again tomarrow
