red slime

[bermuda reefer]

please help, i have been trying to erradicate this cynobacteria for months,
Water is good and i do 20% water change weekly from fresh bermuda ocean water.
nitrates under 5, phosphates 0. I am useing 260watts of compact flouecsants and just changed tubes to try and help. I have used the commercial red slime remover(two types) and even tried the euramicyn (probably spelt wrong) in desperation. this crap has killed all my brian corals and is now growing in carpet form. I have vacumed it out, scrubed it off rock and it grows back while i watch it!! I have tried everything, phosphate reacters and all. Top up water is RO.

What is your flow like?? I always get it about once or twice a year. I have always had to resort to chemi-clean. Looks like you have done everthing.
You say you doing water changes with NSW--That MAYBE the problem. You say you are using RO water--store bought or from an RO unit??
