red spot glass cardinal deaths

I purchased a group of 5 red spot glass cardinal fish from live aquaria about a month ago. After 14 days 2 disapered so I moved the other 3 to the most peaceful tank I have. 1 perishedthe next day but 2 made it. Today, almost 1 month after purchsing them , I found another body. 1 left. Tank conditions seem good, none of the other fish show signs of stress. I have not been to happy with this order after also loosing a derasa clam after 3 weeks over night and the yellow tang has some white parisite I can not identify on its tail. Ill post a pic when he lets me get one. Has anyone had problems like this or know if the fish could have had some sort of internal parasite that was not. Isible?
