red spot on watchman goby

There is a red spot right behind his front fin. not sure if this is a disease or if it is maybe that my anemone stung him. The goby was pushed out of his spot by the nem.

Is it a spot, like a drop of ink... or is it something hanging on the side...

It could be a parasite..

it's a spot, it looks like a red spot surrounded by a little bit of white
