Red with orange polyps gorg

My LFS said this gorgonian was photosynthetic. I really kind of doubt it so I thought I would ask the people who would know. It took a couple days to open and I think I should feed it.

For feeding what particle size is best? 5-100 microns or should I use larger?

Golden pearls 5- 100 microns directly several times a day. It seems to like it staying open most of the time. Looking at the polyps I thought it could use something a little larger.

I use Fauna Marine Ultra Min F and Seafan mixed with frozen rotifers and oyster eggs for my purple Menella that I've almost a year now. I'll also throw in some Reef Roids as well sometimes.
