I was interested in the redback longface wrasse on Divers Den.
Do you know if they are reef-safe?
I have searched but can't find any information abouth them.
Thanks, CDD
Thank you for your post and great question on the Solomon Redback Longface Wrasse. This species of Wrasse is recommended to be housed in a FOWLR community.
When housing this Wrasse we recommend placing it in a tank with other large predatory fish. We would also advise not housing this fish with invertebrates of any sort, including snails or crabs. The Solomon Redback Longface Wrasse is know to basically eat any thing smaller then he is or any thing that he can fit in his mouth.
We have provided you with a link to the Reef Keeping website. At this link you will find further information on the Solomon Redback Longface Wrasse including the compatibility with other species of fish.
