redsea berlin skimmer turbo

the pump seems to be running but has no water output
the impeller is spinning too. i cleaned the impeller.
What do i do?

Thank you for your post you may want to check to see if the impeller is well seated and that you are not missing any blades on it after you replaced the impeller after cleaning. Something else that may cause it to do that is too much air in the intake or Venturi part. These are only trouble shooting suggestions and may not fix the problem.
