Reduce KH and ALK

What's the best way to reduce the KH and ALK in my tank? It is really high and I need to bring it down as quickly as possible.

Do a water change and don't add any supplements. What brand of salt do you use?

I have been doing a 10% water change per week and I am using Instant Ocean sea salt. I haven't checked the ALK in a few days, I will check it again and see if it's gone down any.
