Reduce MH pendant glare ?

Any ideas for reducing light spill + glare from a lumenarc pendant ?
Light is hanging from the ceiling so I cant build a canopy to enclose it.

floating canopy...or like my canopy with no back it just slides or lifts off... my mh is also hanging from ceiling.

How much does your floating canopy weigh ? I dont want to add any weight to the pendant.

I also saw "Light Barn doors" suggested to reduce glare/lightspill. Any ideas on where I could get those ?

You can use 1/4'' plywood and anchor it to a 1'' x 4'' piece of wood this would be pretty light.

I used the studs in my ceiling. on my next build ill use a wall mount.

You could also do some sort of lamp material like a Japanese Lantern.
