Reef Cement

I want to build column like structures out of new LR I have curing (and old LR in tank) but my rock is all quite small and I don't want to do the drill and pipe method. Looking for an online retailer that sells some kind of reef-safe cement. Does it exist? Want to avoid epoxy as it's not that strong for what I want to do (and expensive).

Any ideas on live structure building?

Agreed, drilling would be the easiest way to achieve this.. hmmm

"pondering about your question and gets an idea"

1) Why not place egg crate on the bottom of your tank

2) build a rectangular structure depending on the height that you want and zip tie it to the bottom sheet of egg crate

3) Build your rock work up and then zip tie pieces to it all around it.. eventually algae will cover up the plastic ties in no time.

Not sure if it would work but why not give it a shot :)

i don't know if you can find it in japan but i used a cement called King Plug tite and worked wonderfully cures really fast and didn't seem to affect my ph at all. hardened really well i tried to crack the cement but the rock broke instead.
