Great service, price and product. I asked them before I placed the order whether they kept the snails with fish and whether I should quarantine them. They said no to fish and yes to quarantine. When I asked why since they weren't kept with fish that could introduce disease (maybe, I don't know), they told me that some may actually be snails and they suggested giving it a few days for them to all come out. So, quarantine = yes, but probably only need to wait to allow them a few days to emerge and make sure they are snails and not hermits.

I didn't want to overstock them.

It is a 29 gallon

I ordered the 24 gal pack for my 29 - THAT is overstocked. I think half the recommended size pack is about right.

Yeah but i have no livestock in tank right now and only 2 fish in QT that will be added in a couple weeks.

I was thinking of this as a starting crew to get the poo going and if I needed more later I could add some.

I put all my CUC in at once two weeks before fish. I did ghost feed the tank a flake or two per day.

I got a pack for a 75G for my 180 and they seem to all be doing fine. Just order a smaller pack than is recommended.

I think they have an octopus do the counting for them...lol
after 3 orders 99% correct with great customer service to help with any deficiencies

My orders are usually on the heavy side, so I chalk that up as a win.

Their packs are grossly oversized for any given tank size.

i looked at their 120 gallon pack and it does seem like alot.

What pack would you recommend for a 120 gallon aquarium?

75g pack is what I have in my 125g. All good.

I have ordered from them several times, Seems lately he has been slacking. Used to get really good orders, everything arrived alive but seems the later orders have been a little sub par.....

lol yea thats what I was trying to imply..poorly i guess:clown: they have always been almost too generous and on top of the nice count, there was almost zero dead snails the times I have ordered from them :thumbsup:

Just received an order last week. Everyone is happy and cleaning away. I also got a coral banded shrimp. He was missing 1 claw, which will grow back. I highly recommend Reefcleaners.

Got a sump? Throw em in the sump lol That's where I put all the hermits that I deem to big for my DT.

I have always been happy with all my orders from ReefCleaners, well packaged and high survival rate of all the snails.
