Reef dosing question

So I was wondering what everybody doses their reef tanks with. I am starting a 34g reef tank just cylced and I was wondering what products I should go with.

Im looking to start with zoos and some LPS like frogspawns, hammers, acans and the like. Then if i have good success upgrade to SPS.

I will have a 150W HQI MH bulb and looking to push around 1400 GPH of flow.

I would only dose what your WC's cant completely supply your reef with.
