This thread is to highlight the upcoming raffle at the Frag Swap and also highlight the folks that are making this possible: Our sponsors!

I am still working with Emerald Bay, Wet Thumb Frags, and DT’s to determine exactly what items will be donated, but there are likely to be at least a couple of corals added to this list and some gift certificates for door prizes.


*I’ve put pledged next to sponsors that have told me what they are donating and that are planning on bringing the items to the swap because they are attending (i.e., I don’t have them in my paws).

Yep, someone needs to be there to turn in the #. When the #'s are called, someone has to come up with the matching ticket or we draw another one

I'd say if you can't be present at the time of the raffle, this is the best course of action. Better pick someone you trust

Brandon talked with Glass-Holes and they are coming in as a Gold sponsor with three overflow kits for the raffle (a 1500GPH, 700GPH, and a nano overflow kit).

i think he meant as a sponsor, they are coming in w/ a donation....not that they are actually coming.

they are in nipomo california, so i doubt very seriously they will fly in for a 1-day show.

....but i can tell ya from personal experience recently, that there ar not too many companies out there that match their customer support

If someone needs to leave but wants to get into the raffle I will watch there tickets but you will need to mark them so they are identifiable and if you win it is your responsibility to get the stuff from me. I don't mail anything. This would be only the paid raffles though the door prizes are must be present to win.

I'm working on getting them here, but our swap isn't quite that big yet. And just like James said, they are almost impossible to beat on customer service!

The good thing is that Mike and I are both divers. I've tried to use that as a partial excuse to get him out here. The problem is our swap is in January.
