Yes, the Reef Fanatic unit is very nice. It's probably our #1 selling ATO. We have had very few complaints on them. They have quite a few options as well, where you can run both floats, high/low, so pretty versatile.
It does have some type of relay box, where you plug your pump into the relay and that plugs in, so it should be low voltage going to the actual plug. Not sure on the exact electrical specs though.
