I bought a ph monitor from you guys about 6 months ago and its always worked flawlessly. I went out of town for 2 days and returned tonite to find that it wont power up (tried in multiple outlets). Is there anything that can be done?? I tried calling the manufacturer when i first bought it and couldnt get a call back so I dont think that route will work. I have bought from your company many times and know that you guys do business right and have excellent customer service. I don't know what can be done... maybe I can get some type of credit and get a better unit from you guys like a milwaukee and pay the difference? Just an idea... I pm'ed you my number and thanks in advance.
