And don't forget, my cool condo is also for sale, with new appliances, new kitchen, new bathroom, all those energy efficient upgrades, and it's reef-ready with dedicated GFCI circuits and a sturdy concrete slab underneath. For sale for a paltry $330k. It's doesn't matter if you can't afford a car at that price -- I'm across the street from the main OCTA hub and just two miles from the train station, and walkable distance to everything. (Okay, maybe bike distance to Jeff's.)

Hi Nicole
I have a friend interested in a nano and he is ready to purchase. How old is the Nano tank and what condition is it in (any crack)?

The nano is in good condition and was working with no issues last time I had water in it, which was about a month ago. It's about a year old... maybe 18 months, tops. It has been used on and off as a QT tank, so it hasn't had a year's worth of operation.

For keeping corals, it could probably use a new light bulb, but the existing bulb is operational.
