Lol running drugs isn't "Import Export." I'd give you more credit, but this is south Florida, so expectations have to be set low
Anyway, I loved pat's last store, I wasn't in the hobby early enough to go to his other store, but he's been nothing but great to myself and as far as I know to the club that I'm part of. I'm sure I'll love pat's new store, and I give him a lot of credit for pulling together and re-opening if things weren't going right last time, or if for no other reason he just wanted something new. It takes a lot of dedication to the hobby, to customers, and a lot of time to do what he's been doing, and for that I'm very appreciative.

OK, can we just let this thread die now? Andy (if that is your name), obviously you swatted a hornet's nest here since a lot of us know Pat and root for him despite his past failed attempts. I appreciate your efforts at smoothing things over. Let's [all of us] just knock off the personal attacks like the mod said.
Just curious if you know what these guys all had in common?
Walt Disney, Henry Ford, Donald Trump, Francis Ford Coppola, Mark Twain, and P.T. Barnum just to name a few.

I managed to keep Reef Life alive for 5 years with no business sense. And FYI I bought a dying poisoned business and managed to turn it around. The previous owner was burnt out and took out his frustrations on his customers and reduced his client base to nill. The previous owner would stock 60 or so live corals. I kept over 300 (100 or more being SPS) at any given time. It took a year to turn that around, then Camy's opened 200 ft from my door and wholesaled to the public making my life miserable for the next year and a half. We suffered 2 hurricane hits before moving and still managed to stay open. Yeah, I ran it into the ground sure, take another hit off that pipe your smoking.
Some one with no buisiness sense would have stayed at the previous location and gone up in flames. I tried to grow the business, I just picked too remote of a location.
You say you know me on more than a business level? Just what level whould that be? Certainly, you can't mean a frienship level, so what level is it that you are on with me and other shop owners?
I'd like to see you buy or start a LFS in this economic climate and do better. I'm sure we all would like to see that.
