Reef link can't find Vortech

So I'm trying to setup my Reeflink to controll my whole tank and just installed my MP10wes on the tank, the Reeflink is already running my Radion but Reeflink can't find my MP10. It's new not the QD but it's only 8 months old per the bulk date. Bought it 3 weeks ago. So what am I doing wrong???

You will need to firmware update your MP10wES. To perform the update, please sign into ESL and select the "Devices" tab then "Add Legacy VorTech".

ok. Cool. It's gonna be done tonight,. I love the Reeflink already for my lighting but this would make the whole package

Having same issue. Have 3 MP40s and just upgraded the firmware on each. now my reeflink does not see them. Tried to upgrade firmware for the reeflink and hangs when downloading firmware update. When I log into ESL and click on Device tab. I do not see "add legacy vortech." What am I doing wrong?

I would recommend power cycling all of your devices and sign back into ESL using Google Chrome. At that point, select the "Add Wireless Device" option to locate your pumps. If you continue to have issues at that point, please call in today. 1-800-785-0338 Ext. 2

thanks, your instructions did not work. I had to reset all my devices manually, then everything worked fine. Had to delete my previous schedule and essentially start over. Ecotech's telephone support was great. He was able to log into my ESL account and reset everything. He was supposed to send me a web link regarding programming with the Gyre mode but have not received it yet.
