EcoSmart Back mode is designed to work in a master slave relationship with 2 more VorTechs when using the EcoSmart Modes. That said, it is intended to be used when master pump is positioned on the side panel of an aquarium and the slave is positioned on the back panel.

So, did you mean "2 OR more VorTechs", above? You said, "2 more VorTechs", which would mean a total of three. I'm just trying (in vain) to figure out how to make my two MP10WQD's/ReefLink system to work. There's so little information out there, I'm scrambling for any info I can find...

I agree. The whole master-slave deal combined with the ecosmartlive app is confusing to me as well. I have no idea whether my pumps are working as designed.
