Reef link not finding 10QD

Just got a QD mp10 today, I am not able to locate the device to get it on my reef link. I have upgraded the firmware on the reef link. Should it be able to find it right out the box?

Just to verify, you're selecting the "Add Wireless Device" option in ESL? If so, I would recommend calling in today for more advanced troubleshooting.

Alex that is correct. I tried using the add wireless device. Updated reedlink firmware. Did a soft reset on the reeflink, cycled power on the driver

Hoping customer service will see this question. Set up my reef link and connected my xr15. Trying to connect my new mp10 qd and having no luck. Passed step 1 by plugging in the power to the driver while pressing the left and middle buttons on the driver till it flashes red and white. The next step is where it stays blinking red and blue instead of blue and green while holding on to the middle button. Called customer service today. Waiting for a call back.

You will not need to update firmware on the new Quiet Drive pumps. I would recommend performing a soft reset on that controller then selecting the "Add Wireless Device" option in ESL.
