How does this sound for fish in a 55 gallon reef tank?

2 Common Clowns
1 Yellow Tang
1 Bi-color Blenny
1 Mandarinfish
1 Powder Blue Surgeon

Is this too many fish?
Are they all compatable?

55 is too small for a powder blue tang. You also cant keep more then one tang in a 55. 1 yellow tang should be fine. Rest looks good.

mandarin is questionable (unless you hook up a fuge, and have a good surplus of pods)

and yes the powder blue is wayy to big for that tank.
