Reef Octopus Nw200 with psk 2500 HELP!

Hey I purchased this protein skimmer off a local reefer and can't seem to get the bubbles to reach the chamber:mad2:. The bubbles are also very small. I am new to the in sump skimmers so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

That pump has a directional volute which means that when the pump starts up in reverse (which it will on occasion) the output will be lowered. Try restarting it a couple of times to see if that's your problem.

Shouldn't there be a outflow adjustment tube above the exit flow? Isn't that where the air line attaches? Also, watch your intake at the pump that it's not to close to a sump wall. Allow at least 2 inches for the intake to have enough room for flow. +1 on reverse start up as well.

Can you take a better picture of your in-flow and out-flow on the skimmer? Thanks.
