I have a "new" reef octopus NW110 skimmer. I say new in quotes because this is without the gate valve mod. When reading the forums, all the newer ones have a gate valve. This is with the sponge and up/down adjustment.
My skimmer is not producing ANY bubbles at all. The water level is correct at the right below the skimmer cup cone. Any ideas why / what I should check for?
