These skimmers are rarely available online. And I know many of you have been looking for one, or will just fall in love with it since its affordable.

Take a look at this link it shows the performance and the quality of the skimmer and the success of people having it running on their large tanks. The thread has broken like 3-4 times and people have good input on this skimmer 24/7.

I'm looking at getting the 2000RC. Just not sure if it will fit completely in my sump's skimmer area, and trying to figure out if I can run it externally without drilling any holes in my sump.

They look very well made and the cost suppppper looooow.
Best part, they are NEW for that price.

Yep. They both run excellent externally.

Yes. Ive seen them both 4-5 feet away from both sump and main tank.

You just need to run tubing back into your sump.

I was thinking about these skimmers as well to get rid of my energy hogging ETSS-1000 skimmer.

Someone mentioned there will be some larger Octopus skimmers releasing soon. Anyone have an inside scoop on how much and when will it be released?

That one I found on ebay is the 475g one.

I dont know if they are coming out with anything bigger.

From that long Octopus thread several people mentioned that there was supposed to come out a larger recirc skimmer with multiple needlewheel pumps.
