I don't know if anyone else caught this on tv last night but there was reef show on Discovery HD. It was called Equator "Reef of Riches". It was really kind of cool especially after seeing scott michael. Had some of the fish that he talked about in the meeting. I TIVO'd it and if someone can figure out how to copies off of the TIVO I can make copies.

Do you have the home networking tivo? I have mine hooked up to my home network and I can pull shows off tivo to my computer and then burn them. It is really pretty cool when I travel. I can catch up on all my shows. If you do not have that I don't think there is a way to copy them.

I don't know if I have a networking one or not. I will have to check. It does have AV outs on it so I may be able to hook it up to the VCR. This stuff makes my hed hurt way to high tech for me. lol

Didn't catch it but I did see an interesting show about Atlantis Resort on the travel channel. The water slide through the shark tank looked like fun.

I caught some of that show too. We stayed there last summer and it is awesome. What you are talking about is called the "Leap of Faith". It truly is! If I could have seen how high up I was and how steep it was I probably would have chickened out. You are pretty much free falling until halfway through the shark tunnel then you open your eyes and hit the water at the end. Instant wedge! You really cannot see anything. The best part is hanging out at the end waiting for the ladies with the bikini's on hit the water at 40mph :eek1:

if your PC is equip'ed with a video card with a/v inputs you can use that the same way as the VCR.

If we could track down a few of these shows a disc could be made and the people not lucky enough to have HD could view them. I think Bob was doing something like this for the last couple presentations.
