Reef Safe Lubricant

What is a reef safe lubricant I can use? I have some food grade mineral oil based lube that is used in food service and is safe for human consumption, would that be safe? I need something for the o rings on my skimmer.

Silicone grease. You can find it at any dive shop. It is used for lubing O-rings etc. I use it to lube the top of my skimmer lid so it twits off easy.
